MEDITATION.

There are many popular meditation methods such as breath meditation, mantra meditation, TM meditation and guided meditation.
Traditionally, meditation is done in meditative setting posture but can also be done standing, lying down or even walking.
From my experience when teaching meditation people often get frustrated because they can't sit comfortably and lose focus on breath.

When things get extremely stressful, people can't pay attention to breath due to the increasing speed of mind, at such times I do what I call "zombie meditation" and it works wonders!

Zombie meditation is my personalized form of meditation that can combat stress and can help you feel happier even in the darkest days!

The idea just came to me and I found myself practicing it.
The theory behind it is simple ; "SOUND"!

Vibrations can create healing effect and zombie sounds consist of the most therapeutic healing forms of sounds aaaaa mmmm oooooo these vibrations can align the chakras and work on universal level! Also the bliss of a slow mindful zombie walk can bring you to a higher level of consciousness. While making zombie noises you're also extending your exhalation and breath-holding time which results into relaxation and calmness of the mind, it also acts as a detoxification method for the physical body! Further more death meditation has proven powerful since thousands of years, imagining that you no longer alive puts you in a different prospective and allows you to appreciate and understand life better. All together zombie meditation is a very powerful practice.

 

This technique is my secret of feeling happy through the darkest toughest times and now the secret is out!

Enjoy practicing! 

Step 1
You can start seated and then slowly rise up or you can start by standing. You may close your eyes or keep them open
Step 2
Observe your breathing and relax your shoulders
Step 3
start making zombie noises, as a beginner you can play the video and follow the sample noises.
Step 4
Begin slow Mindful walking and move arms slowly up and down.
Step 5
Stand still and begin rotating your head and body clock wise and counter clock wise without moving your feet.
